Bonnie Wachtel

Ms. Bonnie Wachtel has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Wachtel & Co., Inc., a Washington, D.C. based brokerage and investment banking firm, since 1984. Ms. Wachtel holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Chicago and a JD from the University of Virginia. She is a director of Integral Systems, Inc., a provider of computer systems and software for satellite communications market, and of VSE Corporation, a provider of technical services to the federal government.
