 Target Platform

IBM mainframe

  • IBM z/OS
  • UNIX
  • Windows Server

Unisys mainframe

  • UNIX
  • Windows Server

Legacy UNIX server

  • Windows Server

Database Management Systems

IAI specializes in modernizing legacy databases into relational database management systems (RDBMS) in mainframe, UNIX, or Windows server-based environments. Using its ICONS solution suite, IAI automates much of the detailed work necessary to migrate mission-critical legacy data. The database migrations targeted by ICONS include:

 Legacy DBMS

 Target DBMS

CA-DATACOM

  • RDBMS (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server)

Unisys DMS 1100/2200

  • RDBMS (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server)

VSAM (indexed) files

  • RDBMS (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server)
  • VSAM

Application Systems

Modernizing legacy application systems is the primary focus of most IAI client engagements. Using its ICONS solution suite and leveraging the capability of the Micro Focus product suite, IAI automates the majority of migration tasks, ensuring accurate transformation of business logic. Specific experience with legacy application system environments includes:
