Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience involving migration/transformation of mainframe applications. Proven work experience as a team lead or supervision of migration staff. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics with excellent communication and leadership skills. Candidate is the focal point to communicate and resolve technical issues. Provides guidance to the team based on management direction. Determines assignments for the staff and monitors the schedule and deliverables. Should be knowledgeable in software such as COBOL, CICS, Micro Focus, ColdFusion, Oracle and UNIX. US Citizen Requirement.
